General Provisions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the bet17 platform and any registered or unregistered user of the platform. The bet17.bar website and all services connected to it are covered by this agreement.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

1.4 Language & Interpretation

This document is originally written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any dispute over the interpretation of a clause, the bet17 authority's interpretation shall be final.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

2.1 Minimum Age

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on bet17 and participate in any gaming or betting activity. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.

2.2 Identity Verification

The bet17 authority may request valid identification documents at any time to verify a user's age and identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Failure to complete identity verification may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.3 Single Account

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account on bet17. Providing incorrect or false information will result in account termination. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration.

3.2 Password Security

Users must use a strong password to keep their account secure. Login credentials should not be shared with anyone. If unauthorized access is suspected, the bet17 support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 Account Responsibility

The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out from their account. bet17 is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of an account. In the event of an account holder's death or incapacity, the heir must contact the bet17 support team.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

bet17 may apply its own policies regarding accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. The balance of an inactive account will be preserved and will become available again once the account is reactivated.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bet17 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The same limits apply to all payment methods.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Accepted payment methods on bet17:

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The available withdrawal methods are the same — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete. For bank transfers, the account name and the name on the deposit method must match.

4.3 Transaction Authenticity

All deposits must be made from a payment method owned by the account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Violating this rule may result in account suspension and the transaction being reversed.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bet17 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳22,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, wagering requirements must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
The bonus must be used within the specified time limit — otherwise it will be cancelled automatically upon expiry.
If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
The bet17 authority reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any promotional offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The bet17 VIP program has 5 tiers, with weekly cashback offered at each tier:

Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on regular activity on the platform. Higher tiers come with additional benefits and premium services.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on bet17 are conducted on the basis of fair and transparent policies. The outcome of every game is determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). It is each player's responsibility to read the rules thoroughly before playing.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The bet17 authority may change odds at any time. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, though a cash-out option may be available within a specified time in some cases.

6.3 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

The bet17 authority may cancel a bet and return the stake in the following circumstances:

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or the venue is changed
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
If the same bet is accidentally accepted more than once
If a dispute arises over the eligibility of a participant

6.4 Manipulation & Fraud

Any form of match fixing, manipulation, or involvement in fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet17 platform and may result in immediate account closure if violated:

7.1 Financial Crimes

Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
Fraud through chargebacks or raising payment disputes
Playing games using credit cards or borrowed funds

7.2 Software & Technical Abuse

Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games
Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
Attempting to influence the RNG or game outcomes
Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions

7.3 Platform Abuse

Abusing bonuses with the intent to withdraw without meeting bonus conditions
Operating multiple accounts from the same household or device
Sending any form of spam or unauthorized advertising
Harassing or attempting to harm other users

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bet17

The bet17 authority reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

Any violation of these terms and conditions
Failure to complete identity verification or concealment of information
Suspicion of fraudulent activity
Detection of multiple accounts being operated

8.2 Closure by the User
